Simple roof plan with only 2 slopes. Made of steel trusses, c-purlins fastened with angle bars. Angle bars are welded to the steel trusses.
The roofing sheets – long span pre-painted galvanized iron with underneath isolation also add beauty to this house plan. Pre-painted Spanish type gutter is used and facia boards are made with angle bars.
