Small House, Budget-Friendly Price Tag
Working on a limited budget means that the homeowners can’t build this home entirely in concrete. Still, they made sure that the foundation, floors, and the lower portions of the walls are made of concrete so the house can still last long.
A gable roof hangs over the house – and that’s actually an economical choice. It isn’t fancy but it is a good roof above their heads, and is a common design.
Wood is used as frame, posts, beams, and trusses. When budget allows, you can slowly upgrade your home, starting from the ground up.
Simple Interiors, Good Home
Due to the limited space, you can’t also expect a lot of room for relaxed movement in this house. Still, the compact floor plan ensures that you can have a welcoming living room, two comfortable bedrooms, and space for the kitchen and dining area.
What’s impressive is that the homeowners invested in a good-looking door for this home. It’s clear that they have plans for upgrading the look of this home in the future.
According to Ma Blaziel Nuñez Abaoag who shared the house photos on the Facebook group PERFECT HOUSE DESIGNS PH, the house cost them nearly Php80k to build.
