A couple builds a grand house with a huge 2-car garage and stunning interiors in 4 years of saving – and we’re quite impressed! We can’t build such a huge house with our measly savings for that same span of time. LOL

But we’re taking our hats off to netizen Elimar Jucs Tupas and his wife who were able to build this grand mansion with their savings.

Grand House with Huge Garage

The modern two-story home even features a showroom-like space under the stairs to display their favorite big bike. Of course, this space can be used for varied activities and can be a contemporary home office or a study area for the kids.

Modern Home with Huge Garage

What kind of home do you want to build for your family?

For the Tupas couple, it means having a spacious two-story home with a huge garage that can accommodate their two cars plus several motorcycles and bicycles. Yet they also made sure to keep a well-manicured lawn for relaxing.

This house is built of concrete, glass, and steel. It’s such a beautiful home for this family.

Stunning Interiors, Amazing Details

Every bit of space in this home is well-designed to meet different needs while also managing to look stunning. Even the sectioned sofa can work as an extra bed if needed, though that might not be a problem considering that this huge house certainly has many comfortable rooms.

The stone-inspired wall is set as the focal point of the living room. It’s the spot used for the TV and entertainment center. The floating cabinets don’t just keep the place looking clutter-free but also double as decoration.

Even the lights double as art pieces and aren’t just there to provide illumination.

Grand Kitchen and Dining Area

We especially love the grand kitchen and dining area, separated by a stylish bar that can also double as a breakfast nook.

The dining area is furnished with a 6-seater wood table, while the L-shaped kitchen counters make food preparation a breeze.

You’ll also love the stairs and the bathroom in this gorgeous mansion.

Though the Tupas didn’t share how much they spent for this home, it’s clear that it’s worth at least Php4 million or more to just build this house. What do you think?
