In September 2021, Pinay actress, singer, comedian, and television host K Brosas, the real name Maria Carmela Brosas, tearfully announced that she had been scammed by the contractor of her new house.
She was shocked upon doing a site inspection that only around 35% of the house was done even if she had paid the contractor the full amount for the house construction worth Php7 million.
Although she didn’t name that contractor, pending the case she filed against them, she had to find a new one. Thankfully, this new architect and contractor, Roald Sugapong, isn’t like the first one. Pretty soon, K and her family were able to move in.
The Pinay star couldn’t stop gushing over her new home, sharing some photos on her social media account of various sections in the newly completed abode.

And now, we share some of the photos uploaded by K Brosas in her beautiful new home that she happily shared with her fans. Everyone is happy that she was able to move into this home but also hopes that she would get her money back from her previous contractor.

K Brosas’ home features a large, U-shaped kitchen filled with everything needed for easy meal preparations.
Many of her fans commented that the kitchen looks like one of the best places in her home.
Even her bathroom looks stylish. There’s an enclosed shower area on one side and a bathtub at the other end. Truly, it’s a grand home.
The singer revealed that she had paid her original contractor Php7 million to build this home. But she didn’t mention how much she had to pay the new contractor to complete the house and make it look so amazing.
