OFWs (overseas Filipino workers) Edward and Pinky Doros built a charming and fully functional tiny home for Php1.3 million (plus Php500k for the lot) – and we absolutely love it!

This house is built in just 65 square meters of space yet it has all the parts and facilities you need for a comfortable home. It features a bedroom, hangout at the second floor, a lovely living room, a functional modern kitchen, and a Zen-inspired   bathroom.

OFW Couple Builds Charming & Functional Tiny Home

There’s a lot to love about this beautiful space that comes with wood floorboards and a mix of concrete, steel, and wood in other spaces.

The outside has a contemporary, sleek design, while the interiors are stylish yet also comfortable.

Modern Home, Lush Gardens

The exteriors of this modern home are painted in brown and gray for easy maintenance.

Sleek walls and a flat roof create a modern look, yet that’s balanced by the lush gardens and even a spot for playing basketball.

Beautiful Interiors, Lots of Great Features

This house is easy to love because it has beautiful interiors that look straight out of the pages of a glossy home or architecture magazine.

Splashes of yellow and blue create a stunning effect that complements the white walls and brown wood floors.

Charming accents are also picked for various decorations in the house, and the eclectic mix of furniture pieces adds interest to this tiny home.

Functional Kitchen, Lovely Dining Spaces

Although the kitchen isn’t huge, it has all the elements you need for preparing your meals. There’s even a breakfast nook or bar that separates this space from the main dining area and living space.

Even the space underneath the stairs was cleverly used as part of the kitchen.

Nice Bedroom, Cozy Second-floor Hangout

The stairs lead up to a cozy hangout at the second floor that can also double as extra sleeping spaces, if needed.

The main bedroom is located downstairs. It even has spotlight-style reading lights above the headboard – and it’s simply the perfect idea for bookworms!
