While having a huge home is a dream for many, building a small but beautiful home is still awesome!
What makes a smaller home actually better is that it will cost you much less to build and maintain.
Check out this gorgeous home that’s small enough to be on the cheap side, yet beautiful enough that you can be very proud of it, no matter from which angle you take a photo from.
Originally designed to be a trailer home, you can actually copy the design to make a regular house, complete with concrete foundations.
Obviously, that would mean ditching the wheels and support beams that you can see in the photos of this lovely trailer home.
A blend of both wood and metal, this charming home is perfect for any neighborhood. You can have this home in the woods; yet it would also make a great choice in the suburbs.
The core portion of the house features a door to the side which can attach to a porch. While you can build the porch portion as a side extension to the house, that might be a little imbalanced if you are making at trailer house.
Instead, the porch part is best incorporated into the greenhouse design which you can be pulled as another trailer part. So, you are basically making a two-trailer puzzle house.
Of course, if you change the design so this would be a stationary house, it would be great to keep the greenhouse for your plants.
A swing seat at the porch would perfectly complement this design.
This charming setup is spread over 323 square feet and offers a kitchen, dining counter, sleeping loft, bathroom, and full-sized seating area that could convert into a second bedroom.
The stairs leading to the sleeping loft are best converted into drawers and cabinets for ample storage space.
While the dining area is small, special furniture pieces could easily increase the dining space from a two-seater counter to a four-seater full table.
