Modern 2-Bedroom House, Dream House Design by OFW in Hong Kong

An OFW (overseas Filipino worker) in Hong Kong built this dream house with two bedrooms, beautiful stone accents, a lovely porch, and a spacious living room. The house itself stands on a spacious lot with lots of greenery that’s soothing to the eyes.

A modern home, it’s made of concrete but has plenty of different accents that also mimic wood for added style.

This house is built with a mix of colors, with different hues of yellow, red, and orange creating an interesting effect. You can take inspiration from this wonderful house, which also uses glass for the windows plus beautiful wooden doors.

Lovely Porch, Contemporary House Design

There’s a lot to love about this modern house, but we really love the porch which features a mixture of contemporary and native style. However, the native part is actually wood-inspired concrete, making it more durable but still with the same effect as using real wood materials.

The porch ledge is higher than normal bench height, but can still be used for sitting so you don’t have to put furniture in this spot. Plenty of plants are placed around the porch. Even the ceiling features a plant-like design.

The ornate door is framed by mixed wood and glass materials, creating an interesting look.

Although not shown in the photos, this house features two bedrooms. Having two bedrooms is ideal for most families, but you can also opt to add one more in building your own home.

Spacious Living Room, Gorgeous Wood Furnishings

A house is never complete without having nice and comfortable furnishings. This house boasts gorgeous wood furnishings in the living room, with ornate carvings. The seats are topped with comfortable foam.

Some plants are also placed inside the house, creating a fresh atmosphere.

This beautiful modern house might cost around Php2 million to build.
